Absolutely phenomenal stay at Jeff’s! We started our trip in princeville and were actually sad on our drive to Jeff’s to leave - but that ended quickly! The condo is gorgeous - and the views are absolutely accurate. A wonderful welcome basket was waiting for us, and we were blown away at the proximity to the beach - A four minute walk to the beach, and perhaps a six minute walk to the spot where nightly, turtles come and relax on the beach. Puka dog is right there, and if you’re craving Mexican, hit up the perfectly named spot “ da crack.” We will def be back to this gem - also the home is decorated perfectly. At night we even turned off the ac to enjoy the breeze in the master. You’ll be so happy you booked with these guys!

Stay was great. Location literally could not be better if you want to get to the beach. There was lots of space, great house, and we loved the beach club that we had access to. Jeff was a very communicative and considerate host. Zero complaints. I’ll definitely be back.

Can sleep up to 6 with King-size beds in the bedrooms and living room furnishings can be converted into a sleeping space for two children (or young adults)

Stay fit while on vacation by taking advantage of our access to the beautiful Poipu Beach Athletic Club! Or just take the kids there to enjoy the pool. It's amenities include a beautiful resort style pool with kiddie slide and hot tub, terrific pool side restaurant and bar, tennis and pickle ball courts, and extensive fitness equipment.


Other things to note

Brennecke's and Poipu Beaches are frequently visited by the endangered honu and monk seals.
Be sure to give the seals their space (minimum 50 ft) and enjoy them from a distance.

Guests have access to the Manualoha pool and the Poipu Kai pool and hot tub.
Guests have access to the Poipu Kai tennis club for a small fee payable to the club. The staff keeps a list of available local and visiting players and is very helpful in setting up good matches.
Guests have access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club.

There are terrific running/hiking trails along ocean cliffs on the other side of the Grand Hyatt, a 15 minute walk through the landscaped grounds of Poipu Kai.

Shopping, art galleries, and more restaurants are a few minutes away by car, either in the upscale Poipu or Kukuiula Shopping Centers or in quaint Old Town Koloa just two miles away.
