I was not going to give feedback. I keep getting requests to do so, so here it is. I was not comfortable in our unit. It felt more like a motel 6 than a nice cozy spot to spend a vacation. Needs updating. I did speak to the owner and she had many excuses for not yet updating even though she charges as if it has been updated. The cords for the tv and WiFi are all over the place. The unit is in need of some deep cleaning. The bathroom is really outdated. There are no clear instructions on how to use the tv. We did call Angel and Alex? For help and they were right there, very nice people. Would we stay in that unit again NO.

Fantastic location!

Location just steps from fantastic beach was awesome. I have been to Hawaii more than dozen times and my favorite condo by far!!! Host was wonderful and unit was clean and had all the critical toys. If I can’t get this unit next time I come to Poipu I will be super bummed!

Can’t beat the view

This is our favorite property in Poipo. The sounds of the ocean and views are spectacular. I do wish the kitchen was better stocked with bowls and a baking sheet would be nice. The tv remote wasn’t working so that needs replacing. Still our favorite place in Kauai.

Perfect Location

Perfect place to stay if you want to be right by the beach! Short walking distance to places to eat and to Poipu beach to see the turtles. Owners were great to deal with and also quick to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location

Absolutely loved the location. Not sure there is another building on property that could beat the atmosphere. I do wish the lanai had raised seating (bar height table and chairs) that allow for views above the hedge. Beyond that, it was perfect for us.

No need to carry items to the beach, the unit is on the beach! The grass area is a great extension of the unit. If you like the beach and the sound of waves this unit is for you.

This was a wonderful location. The ease to get here was awesome and definitely would stay again and will stay again. Passed on the location to my inlays. The condo could use a little upgrades on the interior but overall pretty great!

Prime location

Prime location that cannot be beat. The grounds are amazing and the beach is super swimmable and a short walk to other great beaches. Unit is a little older for those that is a big deal with but the location makes up for it. Also very easy to communicate and work with the owners and the check in and check out process was very smooth. This was a great rental for an amazing family getaway

Great beachfront location

The property was clean and well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. It was on the ground floor, which made it easy to access with a wheelchair. It is right by the beach, so family member staying in other condos at Kiahuna congregated at my condo during the day.
