The largest in the resort, it sits right on the lakefront, with a terrace that nearly overhangs the water for magical views from the living room and open-plan area. With ski tracks nearby in winter and village shops and services a short walk away, this villa combines stunning scenery with local convenience for an unforgettable holiday.

At the villaâs heart lies an impressive open-plan living room and kitchen, where a soaring 6-meter ceiling and full-width windows capture breathtaking lake and mountain views. A striking architectural fireplace defines the space, creating both warmth and ambiance. The kitchen, designed for shared culinary experiences, features a spacious island, integrated high-end appliances, an induction hob with a built-in hood, and a breakfast cupboard. Step out onto the terrace to soak in the scenery or enjoy an evening under the stars.

Each bedroom is designed to provide ultimate comfort, featuring super king beds dressed in 100% percale cotton linens, professionally laundered and ironed for a crisp, luxurious feel. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers privacy, with direct access to the utility room and an elegant bathroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms share a stylish bathroom with a shower, and mezzanine sofa which overlooks the living roomâs panoramic windowsâan ideal area for working. The villa easily accommodates nine guests with space to spare.

Nestled in ĂkĂ€slompolo, near YllĂ€stunturi Ski Resort, the villa is conveniently accessible via bus routes from KittilĂ€ Airport and Kolari train station, providing the ideal base for discovering Laplandâs wonders.
Private Beach Sauna Experience
From January-February 2025, guests can book a private lakeside sauna, including a shared Drop Design jacuzzi by the lake for a quintessential winter experience. Alternate between the saunaâs warmth, an icy lake dip, and the jacuzzi for an unforgettable taste of Lapland.
Important Note
Extension work is ongoing next door. Although heavy construction noise isnât expected, there may be some daytime activity. We aim to keep any disruption minimal for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The villa is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and a washing machine
