The Space:

The bright living area forms the heart of the home, featuring a gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, and large windows that connect seamlessly to the garden. The utility room adds everyday comfort with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities, perfect for longer stays.



On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The large window overlooking the garden fills the space with natural light. A separate guest toilet is also available.



Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms:

A serene double bedroom, a cozy room with a dedicated workspace and the master bedroom, which also includes a desk and ensuite shower room.

For everyone’s comfort, a third bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hallway, along with a separate toilet.

Everything in Oostduinkerke is within easy reach. The beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the villa, and local shops, bakeries, and restaurants are all nearby.

For those wanting to explore further, the coastal tram (Kusttram) runs along the entire Belgian coast, connecting Oostduinkerke with charming seaside towns like Nieuwpoort, Koksijde, and De Panne. Cycling is another lovely way to get around, safe bike paths lead through the dunes and along the shoreline, offering scenic routes in every direction.

The deposit is fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, once the home has been checked and found in good order.
