Villa Pippa is a unique vacation house located in beautiful Oostduinkerke, part of Koksijde. Villa Pippa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and offers everything you need for a seaside getaway. The house has a cozy garden, has several (inside and outside) parking facilities and is also within walking distance of the beach! Upon arrival at Villa Pippa, your vacation can start right away!

The Space:
Villa Pippa has a beautiful interior and has been transformed into a spacious family home.

Upon arrival, you will immediately find the spacious entrance hall and garage. Furthermore, the ground floor of Villa Pippa also has a bedroom with double bed. Ideal for a group of friends, families with children or elderly people.

If you go up one floor, you will be welcomed in the spacious, cozy furnished kitchen and living room with flat screen TV. The furnished sitting area has plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and a dishwasher. All cooking utensils and dishes are provided so you have everything you need during your holiday.

From the kitchen you can access Villa Pippa's secure garden, it has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for a cozy evening 'at home'.

On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms. These are each equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The ideal place to rest after a day exploring Oostduinkerke.

Furthermore, on the second floor you will also find a separate toilet and the bathroom. The bathroom has a double sink, a bath and a shower!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
