The Space:
Welcome to Beach Break - where every day feels like a vacation. Beach Break is a thoughtfully decorated apartment with beautiful sea views, direct access to the beach and located at the surf club of Oostduinkerke.

Upon arrival, you immediately enter the kitchen and living room. You are instantly greeted by large windows and a beautiful view of the sea. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and enough space to prepare a nice meal. Both spaces are decorated with a touch of the sea. You can relax here and spend hours enjoying the beautiful view.

Beach Break has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Both bedrooms overlook the second spacious terrace, the ideal place to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

There is 1 spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink. Furthermore, the apartment also has a separate toilet.

To top it all off, you can park your car immediately upon arrival in the accompanying garage box. This is included in your stay!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
