Arrival & Transportation Assistance
To ensure a smooth arrival, please provide us with your arrival details, including your time of arrival, flight number, or ferry company and pier of arrival.

We also offer taxi pick-up service from your arrival point (Airport or Pier). Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name and will take you directly to your accommodation. Pricing for this service varies based on the pick-up location—please let us know your details in advance with a minimum of 24 -48 hours, and we will confirm the cost accordingly.

Additionally, we can arrange vehicle rentals for your convenience, delivered to your property upon Check-In and picked up upon Check-Out. Rates are as follows:

Scooter 125CC – 250 THB/day
Scooter 150CC – 400 THB/day
Car (Sedan, 5 seats) – 1,200 THB/day

While property invasion is rare, we encourage guests to store passports, electronics, and other valuables in the safe. Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings if the safe provided was not used.
