Guests can explore the beauty of Kodaikanal, enjoying the tranquil ambiance of Chettiyar Park and the nearby Kurunji Andavar Temple right at our doorstep.

Property Overview: Our retreat in Kodaikanal, features a charming building with four distinct suites that blend modern convenience with tranquil surroundings. Nestled opposite the serene Chettiyar Park, our property offers two suites on the first floor and two on the second, ensuring privacy and serenity for each guest. The property has a beautiful garden and balcony access for each apartment. It also provides 4 car parks and staff quarters.

Suite Features: Each suite is designed for independent living, complete with two bedrooms. One bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom shares a well-appointed common bathroom within the suite. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette for preparing meals, along with spacious living and dining areas perfect for relaxation and gatherings. Private balconies and terraces offer panoramic views of Chettiyar Park and the lush greenery.

Additional Amenities: Our property provides convenience with four dedicated car parks (one for each suite booked) available for guests, along with comfortable quarters for drivers/staff. Generator backup is available throughout the property for lights, fans and some plug points, ensuring a seamless stay even during power outages. Note -. Kindly note that the generator will power the heater only to ensure your hot water is not affected at the time of checking out.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to their private suite and a charming balcony where they can unwind and enjoy the view. In addition to your suite, you’re welcome to use the common areas, including the parking area and a lovely little garden perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
The property is bang opposite Chettiar park and 10 minute drive to the lake. It is also close to Kurunji Andavar temple. It is in a quite area with uninterrupted views.

There are four separate units and you can chose to book 1,2,3 or 4 units base don your requirements. The property has been recently renovated and offers all the modern amenities.
