It is an adorable 2-Bedrooms villa in a quiet area but also close to town, restaurants, and nightlife. Food Market and supermarket are at five minutes' walk only!

The space:
Our villa is located on the South beach of Bantai, one of the most authentic beaches of the island, facing the entire northern part of the big sister Koh Samui.
The beach is sometimes frequented by fishermen, shellfish collectors, clams, and Kite surfers on windy days.
The beach is a huge lagoon several kilometers long, therefore offering a shallow and safe bathing area.
Waves are beyond the coral reef, about two hundred meters from your house. The water temperature is constantly at +28 degrees Celsius, no massive fish or any danger throughout the year.
Long strips of sand offering daily color gradients from light blue to turquoise blue via azure blue and allow natural paths for romantic walks during low tide.
The southwest location of the villa allows you to enjoy the sunsets all year round.
Our neighbor is the renowned Summer Luxury Resort, offering calm and facilities such as a twenty-meter swimming pool where you can go for a swim if you drink at the bar. A historic spa and a huge restaurant located less than one hundred meters from your villa.

This villa has been for the past ten years the main residence of our family, my Thai wife, our son now 12 years old and me.
We now offer this property for rent, aware of the rental qualities of this property.

The villa is built elevated for various technical reasons including a cool space under the villa.
You will reach the first floor after eight steps and enter the large balcony.
The latter has two parts, a shaded area with a table and benches for outdoor meals. The other part is equipped with a semi-shaded roof in a tropical style but sunny from 2 p.m., leaving the possibility of sunbathing, discreet and private, to lovers of tanning.

A large sliding window gives you access to the living room. A large sofa with the possibility of accommodating two additional people on request only. Fans and Bluetooth speaker.

Please note that the villa is offered for only four people. If the need to stay there for up to six people is necessary, please ask me before entering the villa. An extra payment will be cordially proposed in exchange for the transformation of the sofa into bedding, with cushions, bed sheets and duvet as well as towels for the shower and towels for the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove two burners, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a "French Press" coffee maker, a toaster, an electric rice cooker, a blender for smoothies and all the equipment necessary for cook and a wooden counter equipped with four stools
You will also find wine glasses, champagne glasses etc.

Both bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioner, a fan, a King size bed 200 x 200 centimeters as well as two 50"-inch SMART TVs with a YouTube and Netflix account.

The first bedroom has large wardrobes as well as several panoramic windows offering a superb view of the lagoon.
A space dedicated to work with a built-in desk and a height-adjustable stool, as well as a shelf dedicated to make-up.

The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and large windows for maximum ventilation and a view of the garden.

The bathroom is Thai style, equipped with a shower with hot water, a large mirror, a toilet, and a granite counter with sink.

You will find on the second floor, with access via a wooden staircase, a storage room, ideal for storing suitcases and beach equipment. Note that it can be dangerous for young children to play with the wooden staircase.
Guest access
The whole house is for our guests only, with private lounge bamboo chairs.
Other things to note
*** PLEASE NOTE, BEACH TIDES APRIL - SEPTEMBER ***

Many beaches along the South and West coast have shallow waters at seasonal times.
From APRIL TO SEPTEMBER, Beach turns into a huge playground with low tide, where the waters will be shallow here with a slightly higher tide in the evenings and more a calm sea. Swimming during the day won't be possible right in front of the villa but you will need to walk 150 to 200 meters with booties to find deeper water.
Evenings bring more water to have a cool dip. It's a great spot for kids to play in. The beach turns into a huge playground, great for walks, shell and crab picking and safe to stroll & run around freely. There are also loads of pools around the island to use during low tide and many other beaches close by to visit and explore as well!
Please keep in mind you will be able to visit Summer Luxury Resort swimming pool if you have at least one drink at the bar.
I can provide a tide table to check the best moment to swim during the day.

*** PLEASE NOTE PARTY ***

Every Sunday night, from the villa, you might hear a party called Sabai Bay and located a few hundred meters away from the villa. They usually turn off music after midnight. Let's then go dancing! Friday night fever!
