A couple of items, didn’t impact our stay but thought you may want to be aware. There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen area from a water leak. Also- sheets on fold out couch were extremely dirty. Had a wonderful time and it’s a beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous fixtures and comfortable beds. Perfect night view of fireworks from the large living space windows. Responsive owner, very polite and accommodating. Would be good for a family, but we went as two adults and had plenty of space.

Great Condo

Moved our son into graduate school and wanted a nice convenient place to be able to park and walk everywhere. Fantastic location only topped by the charm and the high end feel of the condo. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip!

Location, Location, Location! Convenient to so many restaurants, bars and shops. The loft was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, even included sound machines in both rooms. Surprise view of fireworks from the main living space both night and great parking. Will definitely stay here again!

A Gem In Downtown Knoxville

This property provides an amazing launch point for a visit to Knoxville. The condo is well furnished, clean, and situated within walking distance of many amazing downtown shops, eateries, breweries, and distilleries. The apartment is laid out well with two bedrooms and a onus sitting room for reading. Parking was included and easy on the lot of an adjacent garage located behind the condo building. Dropoff was also easy as you can pull in front of the building and unload your luggage. There is an elevator to the condo for easy access. The owner Nicole was very communicative, friendly, and made sure we were prepared for, and satisfied, during our stay. Overall we will consider this condo for all of our future stays in Knoxville!

This place was amazing. Very warm and inviting with a great location (walk anywhere!). Just steps to Market Square, walkable to the Old City. Surrounded by great restaurants, easy check-in/out and very friendly and responsive host.

A friend and I brought our teen daughters to Knoxville for a concert! This was a great location, easy walk to shops and some great restaurants! Clean, comfortable, and the host was very helpful!
