At Haven, we pride ourselves on our guests’ experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. We want to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and family.

Guests have access to the entire loft!

We like for guests to have their privacy, but we live just minutes away and are available to help with any needs or questions!

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football. We have a listing of our favorite spots and things to do when you stay with us in case you need any recommendations.

• There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken.

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- Do NOT open or climb out the windows.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.-

A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making a reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking, you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to everything. Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. Nice having 2 parking stalls and hot tub on premises. Very well stocked kitchen and new appliances. Not a deal- breaker but dated uncomfortable furniture (sofas, beds). Easy fixes: Cleaning staff should have emptied overflowing Recycle bin, cleaned a very dirty BBQ & ensured propane in the tanks.

Look no further

This place is in the perfect location. We were not familiar with Tennessee prior to this trip. The building could be spotted from far away for us to easily get back to it when we were out. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. The unit itself was so cool. Very clean and we loved the industrial feel. Pictures do not do it justice. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and helped us through

Perfect downtown location!

Came to town to spend some time with a friend and see family for a few days! This loft was exactly what I was hoping for. It was in a great location right off of Gay Street but is on the back side of the building so was very quiet. The unit has big windows with lots of natural light and a great view of the sunrise if you’re up early enough! I had what I needed to make meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed being able to walk out the door to amazing restaurants. A great stay!

Nice property but……

First of all the loft is lovely and close to historic Knoxville within walking distance, which is why we chose it. Now let me cut to the chase. My husband and I have been staying in VRBO‘s for years and this is by far the worst experiences we’ve ever had .On the second day of our stay coming back in the late afternoon we put our code in and the door could only open an inch. We called the property management representative and after several tries and different codes we still couldn’t get it. They asked us to take a picture of the door for them in order to give them a visual idea of the problem .After sending, we could no longer get hold of the person helping us or not helping us rather. They finally got hold of us again and long story short could not help us until the morningand we ended up having to get a hotel room . Now mind you, we had none of our things.Nightmare! Consulting with the team kept being referred to, but not one member of that team could come and help us. Eventually ,at 11am the next morning, they got us back in. Now you would think they’d want to compensate us for the night we couldn’t get back in, but we actually had to ask them and the team had to discuss it. They did compensate us, but they should’ve offered first.

A stylish and comfortable modern loft in the heart of Downtown Knoxville, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer. The electric blinds and massive TV were standout features, and we were especially impressed by how quiet and soundproof the building and unit are. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was great! CheckIn instructions could have been more detailed, the toilet handle was broken when we arrived, when we notified management, they stated that it would be fixed, but it was not. Overall, it was a good experience and we’d stay here again.

South Gay Street Loft

The loft is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the theater. Parking is easy, about two blocks from the loft. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at UT. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome location. Awesome rental.

The rental was awesome for us. Very spacious and it has a gorgeous modern, industrial look. The location is superb. Right in the Arts district, at the start of the Old City but also close to all of the New City attractions. Just about everything is walkable. There are also two stops for the free City Trolley right down at the end of the street from the building. A+ rental. Had an issue with the code on the front door upon arrival and I called and immediately got assistance and they got me in the rental in no time. Great customer service. A+ experience.

We loved this loft! It was in a perfect location for everything you need. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were easy. The loft was very cute and clean. We have a family of seven and it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Business and pleasure

My college-aged son and I came up to Knoxville from Chattanooga to see my other son who is currently a student at UTK. I was also attending a symposium at the Knoxville Convention Center. We were within walking distance of the convention center and close walking distance from the main street with many restaurants. We were able to each have our own rooms and were very comfortable. We loved the vibe of the loft. Easy access. Easy check-in. Would stay again, for sure!

Great location, well equipped and clean

Overall a great place to stay, well situated and an easy walk to Market Square and Old Town. Great shops and restaurants within just a few yards of the entrance. Clean and quiet building, well equipped. The only negative is the parking and it is well disclosed in the listing. There was no parking pass at all for the building lot and we parked in a nearby garage which was free on weekends.

The loft was nice. The parking was not so great. It's up the street from the loft and we got the last spot..then we had to run up to the loft and back to the car to hang the tag and same upon checkout. The 10 am check out is TOO early. Location is good and the place is HUGE. You could easily bring a queen air mattress to use in the living room
