Spread across three floors and perfect for up to 8 guests, the house offers bright living spaces, calm bedrooms, generous storage, and thoughtful touches throughout. Outside, a large sun-soaked terrace opens onto a private heated pool from April to September and an inviting built-in barbecue area, an idyllic setting for summer lunches, slow aperitifs, and evenings gathered around the outdoor fireplace. Inside, light flows effortlessly through the open-plan living and kitchen area, creating a warm and inviting heart of the home. Itâs the kind of space where you immediately feel at ease: a soft palette, comfortable furnishings, and an intuitive layout that brings everyone together, whether itâs for a shared breakfast, a relaxed evening meal, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.
The first floor hosts three serene double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, premium linens, and plenty of built-in storage.
