**This older building is continuously being updated. In the meantime, we are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals.**
These units are best for guests in Klamath Falls for work or couples passing through who need a crash pad. We do not recommend these units for families, or those traveling with kids.
Perfect for guests working remotely and traveling professionals!

This building is about 100 years old and is consistently being updated.
This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully
âą All units have air conditioning and heating
âą All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
âą Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
âą Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2.00 each. We supply laundry detergent.
âą Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils; if using disposable plateware, you do not need to worry about dishes!
âą Each unit has ultra-soft Charmin toilet paper
âą Free WiFi
âą Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55â

Entry into the building is from the parking lot on the right side of the building. To buzz yourself in, slowly dial star (*), 6869. You will hear two loud beeps notifying you the door has been unlocked.
