The Spice Rack is a charming coastal cottage nestled in the tranquil North Point neighborhood of Duck, where both the ocean and sound are a short stroll away. The bright yellow exterior puts a smile on your face, and freshly updated coastal décor welcomes you inside. The spacious kitchen and dining area, featuring tile floors and granite countertops, make a great space for family meals. Multilevel decks provide plenty of space to relax outdoors, whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying the breeze with a morning coffee. Cozy and comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights for every member of the family, including dogs.
The outdoor spaces at The Spice Rack make it a true retreat. Multi-level decks and quality Polywood furniture provide plenty of space to enjoy the breeze. The newly added private pool is enclosed by a tall privacy fence, creating a quiet, sun-soaked spot to swim, lounge, and unwind. A covered hot tub gives you room to relax in any weather, and the home's proximity to the community center means the heated indoor pool, tennis courts, and other amenities are right next door. Whether you're lounging on the deck, walking to the private beach access, or heading across the street to the soundfront pier, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Located in quiet north Duck, North Point offers a retreat from the town's hustle and bustle. The sea-to-sound setup ensures easy access to both the ocean and sound, while Duck's walking and biking trail makes it easy to explore the area's shops and restaurants. The 100' soundfront pier is great for crabbing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or just relaxing and watching the sunset. The great amenities in a wonderfully serene location make this inviting beach house an ideal destination for your next Outer Banks vacation.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only â exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026, and May 28, 2027 and September 5, 2027.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
