The Space:

The home includes a fenced backyard with a private swimming pool, hot tub, volley ball court and a bar area with a TV. The rec room includes the pool table, a TV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave.



Ascend to the top level's beautifully decorated open living space with dining and kitchen areas complete with a large TV and ocean views. Two sun decks offer a perfect backdrop for relaxation. There are also four Queen bedrooms ensuring everyone in your group as a comfortable and private space to unwind.



Step into the backyard oasis for a variety of fun activities. Sip a drink at the bar and listen to the ocean, or take a dip in the sparkling pool. The sand volleyball court is perfect for your competitive friends, while the golfers can practice their putting on the green. End the night relaxing in the spa.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The Neighborhood:

Kitty Hawk is a lovely beach town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Take a relaxing stroll on the trails of the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve where, if you’re lucky, you can spot turtles and otters. Enjoy lovely ocean views from the Kitty Hawk Pier, or drive slightly north and check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial for history on the first flight!



Getting Around:

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
