The bright and welcoming living area features coastal furnishings, comfortable seating, and direct access to the oceanside deck. Step outside to your private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy sunrise coffee, afternoon drinks, or the sound of waves under the stars.

This charming condo offers a comfortable Queen En Suite bedroom, along with a cozy Twin bed alcove in the hallway that is perfect for kids or an extra guest. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just steps away. The living room sofa also converts into a futon for additional sleeping space.

Just steps from the community beach access, Duckin’ Out at Colony by the Sea makes it easy to spend your days in the sand and surf while staying close to the Duck Boardwalk, local shops, restaurants, and family friendly attractions.

The Colony by the Sea condominiums provide a true Outer Banks experience for all vacationers! Enjoy access to the Colony by the Sea community amenities, including an oceanside community pool, beach access, a community BBQ area with picnic tables, swing sets, tennis courts, and laundry facilities.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
