Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage Duck Vacation! Nous avons eu la chance de voir plus de 65% de nos clients revenir année aprÚs année. Cela en dit long !! Nous sommes fiers de nous assurer que la maison est mise à jour et rafraßchie pour chaque saison !! Ce n'est pas seulement une «location». Nous apprécions la maison en basse saison, donc elle reçoit beaucoup d'attention et de soins.

Nous sommes situés dans la communauté de Colony By the Sea qui est à distance de marche du charmant village de Duck et à quelques minutes à pied (moins de 8 minutes) des dunes (sur un chemin privé) jusqu'à la plage. Colony By the Sea propose des équipements tels qu'une grande piscine en bord de mer, du tennis, du basket-ball, etc.

Vous trouverez ici une propriĂ©tĂ© confortable, bien entretenue et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, prĂȘte pour vos vacances Ă  la plage. 4 chambres (3 queen, 2 twin) et 2 salles de bain sont situĂ©es au premier Ă©tage. Notre maison peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes. La grande salle, la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger sont situĂ©es au 2e Ă©tage. Le spa est situĂ© sur une terrasse privĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une douche extĂ©rieure et une buanderie rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Internet sans fil est Ă©galement fourni.

We had a wonderful time, although hurricane Erin visited a good bit of the week. I appreciated the homeowners checking in to see how we were doing. The house is spotless, easy walk to the beach and bonus to walk into Duck also for coffee, markets and shopping.

The home is super clean and had everything we needed. The beach and town are in walking distance. We rented a golf cart though which made things a little easier. The pool and tennis courts were a plus. Home is beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of six.

Lovely house and great location

We had a great time with our family on our first trip to the Outer Banks. The house worked perfectly for us! It is decorated very nicely and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. Nice easy walk to the beach and the town.

Lovely vacation

2 families shared this space and had all the comforts of home. Well stocked with beach chairs, toys, towels etc. Love the proximity to shops and restaurants which were an easy walk away. Owner was responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great Holiday Week!

My friends and I stayed here for a week over the 4th of July and we had the best time. The location of this home is so ideal: we could walk to coffee, to the beach and restaurants. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had all of the cookware we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend this house!

Great location!

This home is very clean, easy walk to the beach and downtown Duck. We left the car at the house and walked everywhere. A bunch of places to eat nearby or just go to Wee Winks or another market and cook at home. Great experience! Our family of 5 will stay here again if we come back to the OBX.

Best family vacation

We just had the best family vacation! Our three teenagers even said it was one of the best vacations they've had. The home was very clean with everything we needed. We only brought food and clothing, everything else was available in the house. It was beautiful and comfortable and we felt right at home there. The covered sitting area outside was great. We could get out of the sun and extreme heat and stay cool with the shade and wonderful breaze. The hot tub was relaxing. The location of the house was perfect. We barely got in our car, which in my opinion, really felt like a vacation. We walked multiple times a day to the beach and was also in a short walking distance to so many restaurants. Even though everything was close by, the street was quiet and felt like we were away from all business of life. It was a perfect relaxing stay. We had some much needed family time. Thank you for the great accomodations and well cared for home!

Family vacation paradise!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything on the boardwalk and to the beach! We barely touched our cars. It is located in an optimal place for ease of access to everything as well as privacy. We didn't see any neighbors or hear anything and had an amazing time at the beach and enjoying Duck. The house is very well stocked - plenty of items in the kitchen as well as outdoor use. If we had known how well, we could have made our lives easier and not packed so much! I can't say enough great things about the property. Scott and his family make it feel like your second home!

Incredible Duck home away from home

We loved our stay. This home was incredibly clean and comfortable enough to feel like home away from home. With easy access to the beach and close proximity to the boardwalk, it made our first visit to the OBX easy. We would recommend this spot for families or a group of friends.

Great overall stay. Only complaint regarding cottage was the chains on the ceiling fans were to short for someone "vertically challenged "! Owner thought of everything to make for a fun stay for myself and my family. It was a great experience! Thank you!!

Nice family setup

House was very nice! Good setup for family with 4 equal size rooms and 2 large bathrooms. Great size kitchen for cooking and well appointed. We drove to the parking lot at the condos with no issues for parking and making it easier to haul our stuff to the beach. Loved the pool access. Had kind of a rainy week, was nice to have space to play family games and be comfortable.

Pros: Very clean Walking distance to beach and pool (8 minutes) Had access to tennis courts, playground Dog friendly with access to multiple grassy areas Walking distance to the village area and the Duck boardwalk with multiple shops and restaurants Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Included linens, towels, even beach towels , beach toys/chairs/umbrella Hot tub is clean and large Plenty of hot water for showers Cons: Needs a place to hang up jackets by door (hooks, etc) Deck sliding door —hard to open/close Have to run and empty dishwasher before checking out (prefer to just set it to run)
