This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a futon bed in the separate den space. The condo is large enough to host 3 guests at a time. • There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
House Rules
1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.
4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.
2. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
