We enjoyed our stay. We came into town for a short visit with family. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub, and Peleton studio while here. Having underground parking that was included with the apartment was amazing! Our host, Faran was easily accessible and responded quickly. We will definitely be back!

TLDR - great spot for a family. The apartment was clean and in good working order. There just enough cutlery and plates for 7, and a standard set of kitchenware for cooking. If sleeping 7, expect it to be tight at night as the air mattress for 2 will have to fit right along side the couch with 1 more person. The 2 bedrooms had nice beds and had enough space for suitcases. We loved the lounge downstairs, especially getting to bowl for free, and could keep going until we finally got into a groove without paying $$$. They have a reasonable selection of shoes for a small group, and 6lb through 15lb balls (1 of each). The pool was a "treadmill", about 5 - 7m long and it pushes water against the swimmer, but our kids still had fun swimming around. Good sized hot tub for 10+.

Great stay in a great location in Kitchener

Generally, our stay in this apartment was good for all of the expected reasons, however the construction of a new apartment building tower as of April 1, 2025 was quite loud at times including in the middle of the night.

The property and condo was modern, in a good area, very clean and had good security in place which made us feel safe with all three teenagers. The space was perfect for our family of four 1 and the two bathrooms were a major pro. If we had to return to that area we would definitely consider this condo again. We were very happy that the owners were able to accommodate our early check in. There was confusion in the beginning with regards to communication and the booking. We booked the property through Expedia. We received an automated text from Expedia but nothing by email. We were charged immediately. We contacted the owner to request an early check in and for more information about the check in process after booking which was days in advance. As we didn't receive a timely response, we were concerned and contacted Expedia. Expedia had limited information and informed us that this was through VRBO. We had also paid for insurance for full refund in case of last minute cancellation which was charged to our account. We spent an hour on the phone with different agents from both Expedia and VRBO letting them know we were trying to get in touch with the owner. which neither had record of the insurance paid, however we finally managed to get in touch. We did receive an email confirming insurance from a third party insurance. We had to set up a VRBO account in order to communicate regularly with the owner though once we got in touch they communicated with us regularly.

Excellent stay

We were here with our 4 grandchildren aged 8 to 11 and had a fantastic time. Place was exactly as described. The amenities were fantastic and greatly enjoyed by everyone. Check in and check out was easy and communication with host was easy.

Nice place. Smaller than described.

I usually don’t post like this but I would like to start by saying Faran was always quick to respond to my messages. However, there were some issues during our stay. When we arrived at the rental had all towels still in the dryer which wasn’t a huge deal but still. The dishwasher had to be unloaded. The bed clothes we hung wet in the closet which we needed for that night. We had a larger group so I messaged Faran and told her that we had 6 adults and one child and she said the place easily accommodates 7 which is what the listing reflected. The air mattress kept deflating and the couch (not pull out) was listed as a sofa bed. When we pulled the cushion to check and make sure it wasn’t pull out there was a rag in there and sucker stick. We advised her we encountered some issues with cleanliness which she would have sent someone in but we didn’t feel comfortable with that many people and all our stuff there to have someone come in. You shouldn’t need to have someone come after your guests arrive. Overall if I had a smaller group and it was cleaned properly I would stay again. We did not cook or there so I cant speak to what was there for cooking utensils etc. I would recommend to get more glasses for the rental. We did try to use the amenities such as bowling which you have to go to the front desk to get bowling balls. But it was booked for private function. She gave me 100 back for the issues with the place.

Luxurious corner apartment

This property was very spacious for me and my two teenagers. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furnishings are very pretty, but simple. We were very comfortable here. Faran was very responsive via messages on the app.

Nice stay, clean, check in uncomplicated

It was a beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Check in at the reception at the main entrance easy, chip received. If you arrive by car, there is free parking in the underground garage, just give the landlady the license plate number by phone beforehand and you can drive in without any problems. Very nice landlady, everything was clean, very cozy, great view. Anytime again.
