This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The Living Room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.
At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. Parking:
•There is on-site private parking for $15 with in & out access. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. There are two cameras that will scan the vehicle's license plate number and once registered, you will have access automatically. There is also on-site public parking for $34 with in & out access, you only need to tap your credit card to gain access and exit. Both parking is located between the two towers, underneath the building.
Parking Notice: Please be advised that license plate recognition system may occasionally experience delays due to intermittent camera performance. This may result in brief access issues when entering the parking area. Building management is actively working to improve the system to ensure a smoother experience for all guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

• Email is required for building registration. You will need to present a QR code to Concierge to gain access to the unit

• Please note that the building amenities are managed by Station Park. If any amenities are out of order or under maintenance, Station Park is responsible for their upkeep. Some or all building amenities may not be available during your stay.
• Parking Notice: Please note that the license plate recognition camera may occasionally experience delays, which could cause brief access issues. Building management is working to improve this for a smoother guest experience.
• Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property.
• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.
• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
House Rules
1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.
4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.
