*This property has a no party, no outside visitor policy. Whether you need a romantic getaway, a place for work, or quality time with your family, this clean bright modern private unit has it all. This apartment is located in the look out basement of the house. There are stairs to get down to the unit. A large bay window in the family room lets in a lot of natural light. Cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55inch Samsung smart TV.
The full glass shower features spa stone floor that feels great on tired feet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet with hangers and shelves, full size mirror, nightstands with charging capabilities, and a large desk and computer chair.
bedroom 2 has a trundle bed with a single mattress on top and another single mattress that pulls out underneath.
Extra blankets, linens, and towels are located in bedroom closets. The house is set to a standard 22 degrees in the winter time. If you have a preference to temperature please message the host. A heater/fan is located in the master bedroom closet. The fireplace is energy savings and only gives off minimal heat, it is more for ambiance. Please remember to turn off all electronics including the heater/fireplace when you are exiting the apartment.
There is a full kitchen with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, plates, bowls, utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with coffee provided, blender, cooking spray, salt/pepper and cleaning supplies. Do not leave coffee cups on quartz kitchen counters without coasters. Also clean up spills right away as the white quartz will stain. Photos are taken before and after each guest.
Enjoy your own private in suite laundry with lots of detergent provided.
When you walk into the side entrance a private foyer with shoe rack is just for guests. NO outdoor shoes are allowed down into the unit this is a firm house rule. Any damage to flooring from outside shoes will be repaired at guests expense. Please use the shoe rack provided in the private foyer.
Please review and follow all of the other house rules that are provided in the unit.
The apartment is minutes to Conestoga College and the 401. 10 minutes to downtown Kitchener and 12 minutes to Cambridge and Waterloo. There is many restaurants, hiking trails, grocery stores and shops close by. Check in 3pm. Check out before 11am.
