2. No Parties or Events. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

4. No smoking on the property, including outside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $ 500 fine.
5. Respect neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
6. Only registered guests are allowed; A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
