General Guidelines
1. Respect the Property: Treat the villa, its furnishings, and surroundings with care. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged to the guest.

2. Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Additional guests are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.

3. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests.

4. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. You may use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

5. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before your stay.

Check-in & Check-out
6. Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM.
7. Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM.
8. Late check-outs or early check-ins may be arranged depending on availability, but must be pre-approved by the villa manager.

Pool & Outdoor Areas
9. Safety First: Use the infinity pool responsibly. No diving is allowed, and children must be supervised at all times.
10. Pool Hours: The pool is available for use from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
11. Outdoor Furniture: Please use the provided towels on sun loungers to protect them from sunscreen or oils.
12. BBQ Area: The BBQ area is for guest use. Kindly clean the grill after use.

Kitchen & Appliances
13. Careful Usage: Please handle kitchen appliances with care. Inform the concierge immediately if there is a malfunction or breakage.
