- The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed at booking.

- Olymp Luxury Villas are designed for tranquility and exclusivity.
- Parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 – 08:00.

Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only, using designated ashtrays.
- Any evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning charges.

Pets
Pets are Welcome, Please make sure pets don`t damage the furniture.

Pool & Outdoor Areas
- Pool use is at guests’ own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No glassware is permitted in or around the pool area.

Furniture & Property Care
- Please treat the villa, furnishings, and equipment with care.
- Moving indoor furniture outdoors is not permitted.
- Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.

Beach Access
- Direct beach access is provided for guests’ enjoyment.
- Natural conditions may vary; swimming is subject to sea conditions and personal judgment.

Security

- Guests are responsible for locking doors and securing personal belongings.
- Olymp Luxury Villas is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping is available at extra charge.
- Please allow staff access during scheduled service times.

Waste & Sustainability
- Kindly dispose of waste in designated bins.
- We encourage mindful use of water, electricity, and air-conditioning.

Illegal Activities
- Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Management Rights
Management reserves the right to access the property for maintenance, safety, or emergency reasons, with discretion and respect for guest privacy.
