A second King master exuding a "frozen feel" is equally as beautifully appointed sharing a jack 'n' jill style bathroom with a Mickey themed twin bedroom beyond.  This Mickey themed room shows a high single bed with trundle below, set against a backdrop of the Magic Kingdom with bespoke Mickey touches and bean bags provided so the kids can just hang out and play. The fourth bedroom just has a wow factor, themed to Harry Potter it has high beams and chandelier with two nimbus 2000 broomsticks for wall decor, in addition to brick feature walls and a Hogwarts backdrop. The house bathroom continues this theming with additional fun Harry Potter touches. To the rear of the property views from the pool deck are towards conservation areas beyond the large lake where you can fish on a catch and release basis. The large deck provides a lanai on which sits a dining table and chairs perfect for alfresco eating and a half bath. Sunlounges and a parasol are also provided. The home also has a games room in the garage providing air hockey and foosball.  On-site laundry facilities are also available.  This is a gated community situated ten minutes to Disney park land with an abundance of shopping and dining options close by. Situated on the resort of Cumbrian Lakes there is also a community playground and walking trails for guests to enjoy. Regret smoking not permitted inside the house of any kind and no pets allowed. Pool heat is optional and chargeable at a daily rate for the full duration of any stay.
