Traditional Fully Private Villa with Pool

Our property is one of the best choices you can find in Kissamos area if you need quitness and noone next to you. Our land is almost 2000 square meters and the house is 120 square metres with outside private swimming pool 32 square meters. To have Sea View and Mountain view is something unique and because of that we invite you to come for your best holidays in Crete. Inside and Outisde all the furnitures is high quality and also we have high speed wifi for working from distance.

For Winter we have set the villa unavailable every year for upgrades and maintenance to be everything perfect for the next season.

The property is belong to my family. Son "George" of the Family is the owner of the business and the mother is the head of the business with the name of the property has been gived to my mothers name " Kyriaki ". Manolis is a friend member from kissamos area and he is helping us and giving us some smart ideas.

Way To come
We prefer to come by rental car. If you will have your own car you can visit some unique places that is from the best in the world( Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna). Gps on maps is Kissamos - Villa Kyriaki. Parking Spot Private inside plus in the Road (Free Both).

First Look Outside
After parking the car you will see our grass and the pool between olive trees and flowers. While you will walking to see our amazing space of pool area you will enjoy the colours of the nature with simultaneously the sea & mountain view Plus pool view. We have sunbeds next to the pool that is handmade by wood, one hammock handmade from wood for your top 1 photos. We have also a handmade table from wood for your breakfast next to the pool and more. Walking more you will see our BBQ facilities to make your night special with specials tastes when you make BBQ from Olive tree woods. Garden has auto system of the watering. and the flowers 2-3 times per week my mother will take care of them.

First Look Inside
We have 3 Doors for getting inside or getting outisde. While getting isnide you will see our Living Room with 1 Set of Sofa's , the Fireplace for your specials nights with some romance, and the big Smart TV for Movie nights and entertainment. Next to Living Room is our Fully equipment kitchen with everything you will need for your holidays with a big table enough for 5 persons. Between this 2 rooms you will see our fully bathroom and directly on your left you will see our staircase to go up to Bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. Primary bedroom has 1 double bed renovated the last year and from this bedroom you can go to the outside yard we have that is the 2nd top spot for the best photos with Sea & Mountain View. Secondary bedroom has now 2 single Beds but we are discussing (George and Manolis) to upgrade to to handmade wood bed that can be used for 1 double and 2 single beds. Also from this Bedroom you can go directly out to the outside yard as the Primary bedroom. Bathroom is between this 2 bedrooms and next to the staircase.

In our space you will have the oportunity to leave in a place fully of nature, you will be next to my garden and olive trees with amazing mountain and sea views! In so big land for sure we will have a parking spot for your car. Car is necessary if you want to visit our famous places as Elafonisi, Falassarna, Balos, Old Port in Chania, and the first foot steps of the human race in Kissamos 5,7 million years before.

You will have full acceses to my property just only for you for your private holidays in kissamos. While you will coming you will see a mini private road to come to our Villa. If you will have a rental car you will have the oportunity to explore all the Kissamos Area and Chania . Private Parking Space is for 2 Cars.

We try to do our best for all of our guests to be happy. Usually we clean the property every 3 days and for everything you will need we will be here to assist you anytime you will need it.
