Brand New Falasarna Luxury Villas are two luxury & airy villas located in Falassarna, the most famous area where a wonderful sandy and long beach waits for you to discover it. This complex will offer the comfort of a home to retire from after a long day. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests.


Indoor facilities
The complex is divided into three floors consisting of 10 bedrooms in total. One of the villas has 2 floors, while the second one has 3 floors. Those two villas are ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays with their loved ones of their family together and separately at the same time.


Casa di Franco consists of the lower floor, where you will find a room adequate for people with disabilities with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk for 4 persons. In the same area, you will find a gym and a Hammam. It has four bedrooms which are situated on the first floor, three with single beds which can be converted into double ones and one with king-size beds. Via elevator, you can move through the floors.


Villa Domenica on the upper level offers the guests two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and one more bedroom with twin-size beds which can be converted into a double one and an ensuite bathroom.


Entering the villas on the ground floor you will find spacious open areas with two fantastically-equipped kitchens in each villa. On the same level of each villa, there is also a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. A Projector and a PlayStation 5 console waiting for you in Casa di Franco to spend your vacation with lots of fun! On the same level of each villa, you will find a bedroom with king size bed and one communal bathroom suitable for all the guests. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Sink into the sofa with a good book, or gather your group in the cosy dining area for an evening together. Natural light illuminates the interior, spend the night sipping on wine while having some quality and relaxing time with your loved ones. The best part of one of the villas is the wine cellar on the lower floor, adequate for connoisseurs and discerning wine lovers. Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The villas are connected by a door in the garden in front of them. The private garden lawn is suited for sunset drinks while the swimming pools with the lounge areas with sofas make the ideal spot to relax. Pretty close to the pool areas exist the dining tables for moments of relaxation for you and your family. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars come out one by one. Cool and contemporary, this stylish vacation property offers wonderfully appointed outdoor spaces and sleek and stylish interiors.


Free car amenity (For new reservations from 12.3.2024)
We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. Additionally, we provide free car pick-up and drop-off from Chania Airport. (for other destinations, there is an additional charge.) * If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. ** Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an extra cost)
Complex
Falasarna Luxury villas is a complex with four villas one close to the other. The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them. The advertisement is only for two of the newly built villas thats why the name is Brand New Falasarna Luxury Villas. Casa di Franco is the bigger villa of the complex with 7 bedrooms while Villa Domenica is the smaller Villa with 3 bedrooms. The rest two villas are called Elpida & Galatia.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Casa di Franco (7-bedroom villa) can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days advance notice for this facility and the cost of the heated pool can be pursuit only by cash. The swimming pool of Villa Domenica (3-bedroom villa) can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on the weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30EUR per night from April to October and 8EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
