Indoor facilities
Actea Seaview Villas is designed over three floors, featuring generous indoor and outdoor areas while both these villas feature airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Entering each of the two villas will step into a large living area with breathtaking sea views. In Actea Seaview Villa I the exuberant living room, the dining area, and the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom which is located on the ground floor, are adequate for people with special needs. Natural and lavish materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to embrace the exterior environment. Close enough to the living area of each villa there is a glossy kitchen where cooking is anything but a chore. The large windows create the illusion of transparency while at the same time flooding the space with light. The upper floors offer ultimate relaxation with two bedrooms with gazing sea views in each villa. On the lower floors of each villa, you can find a large living area with a Smart satellite TV with a Playstation 5 console, board games, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom with a shower. Last, you will find a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine. Bright and modern villas with comfort and luxury that are important to the hosts so you can look forward to a comfortable nights sleep. More importantly, it is a great place to spend quality time with your family and friends creating memories for a lifetime.


Actea Seaview Villa I is suitable for guests with mobility needs. Upon request, the bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a bedroom for guests with mobility needs with a single mattress of 0.80x2.00. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for those guests, Last but not least, a pool lift can be added upon request at the swimming pool.


Outdoor facilities
Both spacious outdoor areas with panoramic sea views to the early sunrises offer beautiful sunsets too. Enjoy the sun and or sit and relax in the lounge area and after that, you can have your breakfast-lunch or dinner in the sitting area. Dinner under the starlight sky, what else can you ask for? Moreover, pretty close to the pool, you will find a gas BBQ space which can only mean, food-cocktails-party and friends! Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! For lovers of cocktails and drinks have some fun moments with your loved ones. These villas welcome you to experience it all with quiet joy and beauty. Dont forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of each villa.


The complex offers an ideal setting for yoga sessions, featuring peaceful natural surroundings, stunning sea views, and lush lawn areas perfect for practice. With complimentary yoga mats, the villa naturally functions as a relaxing yoga retreat for groups. Transportation services and private chefs can be arranged at an additional cost for a fully tailored wellness experience.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)






From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30EUR per night from April to October and 8EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
