Indoor facilities
Villa Elpida & Villa Galatia consists of ten bedrooms and ten ensuite bathrooms in total which gives you the opportunity to spend personal time while you are with your friends or your family. Step inside the villas and you will find a stylish interior which matches the enchanting surrounding of the area. Minimal yet ultimately comfortable, the main living rooms feature large windows gazing at outstanding views of the natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern electrical appliances and offer guests all the necessary amenities. The spacious bedrooms are comfortably dominated by the two floors of each villa offering moments of serenity and privacy for all its guests. On the ground floor of each villa, there is a communal WC for all the guests.

Outdoor facilities
Let yourself relax in the outdoors, enjoying the stunning sea view or the sunrise. The spectacular surrounding natural beauty of the area makes Falasarna Luxury Villas Double an awesome spot to relax day and night. The villas come complete with outdoor swimming pools, BBQs and wooden dining tables. The pool of Villa Elpida can be heated at an extra cost. Take advantage to visit the crystal and turquoise waters of the famous beach of Falassarna within a small driving distance.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Villa Elpida(front villa) can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility. Additionally, for new reservations received after 1/8/2025, the swimming pool of Villa Galatia can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Complex
Falasarna Luxury Villas is a complex with four villas one close to the other. The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them. The advertisement is only for two villas that's why the name is ‘’Falasarna Luxury Villas Double’’. The rest two villas are called ‘’Casa Di Franco’’ and ‘’Domenica’’

***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30€ per night from April to October and 8€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
