But please don't expect to pay the least and also stay at the St. Regis, Deer Valley! Sometimes you will hear the neighbors because the walls aren't perfectly sound proof. Parking takes a few extra steps. The HOA Jacuzzi is often broken. Neighbors will try to say hi to you. Our well intentioned, but sometime absent minded, cleaners miss something. If these kinds of things bug you, do everyone a favor and book something more expensive and save yourself the heartache. But its been an awesome condo for my family who accepted what was to make visits to the mountain more economical, and if you are Kirkwood Kind, we welcome you!
