Newly renovated 3-bedroom “Deja Blue” Lakehouse near Catfish Bay in Kingston

Nestled in a quiet, mature, neighborhood in Kingston near Catfish Bay located on Lake Texoma. This newly renovated house named Deja Blue offers 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with two bunk beds (one full over full with twin trundle, second is twin over full. Additional fold out mats are available. Linens provided. Queen beds will be made up and all others will have bed packs on the beds.

The decor is semi modern yet cozy in a navy, grey, seafoam green, and white color theme with large canvas photos of serene lake scenes. There’s a cool artsy lamp and wall mounted electric fireplace that can be used year around for ambiance or for heat in the winter. There’s also a bar cart to stock your party supplies.

The eat in kitchen has a coffee bar, all appliances, full houseware set up, dining table with seating for 8-9.

The two full baths are equipped with a shower, shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels and hair dryer so guests can freshen up after a day of exploring.

There is a closed in breezeway which is both an art gallery and a lounge. The artwork features musicians drawn by the owner/local artist Candida. The lounge area provides plenty of seating, a large screen TV, and a hot tub. The breezeway has two garage doors that open up on both sides to enjoy the breeze or can be closed off and enjoyed with ceiling fans and a portable fan/heater.

One garage is a gameroom with life size chess/checkers, a dart board, and corn hole games. There’s also an elliptical and stationary bicycle for those who like to stay fit. The Laundry Room is located in that garage. Laundry soap will be provided as well as an ironing board and iron.

Outdoors you can relax surrounded by large shade trees, swing on the tree swing, have a picnic on the picnic table, sit out on the large deck with an enclosed fireplace overlooking the wooded outskirts of the State Park, or build a fire in the firepit on the east side (be mindful of any seasonal burn bans). Out back is a covered gazebo where we have set up a grilling area.

We have a selection of board/card games, magazines, and books that you’re welcome to use and add to. There is a toy box in the bunk bed room.

We even have a plug for EV charging.

In close proximity, you’ll find the new West Bay Casino, Texoma Casino, Lake Texoma State Park, Chickasaw Pointe Golf Course, and soon to be Hard Rock Resort and Residences. You can enjoy local restaurants including Geckos, T’s, Sneaky Tiki, Bella Vitas, BG’s Catch, Catfish Bay Marina, Mead Family Restaurant,B-Ray’s Smokehouse, Simple Simons Pizza, Paradise Donuts, Country Kitchen, Sonic, Subway, and Greg’s Rocking Goat Coffee (owned by Three Doors Down drummer).

There’s local conveniences like the Super C grocery store, Kingston Liquor Store or Liquorty Split, Kingston Pharmacy, Ace Hardware, and Lighthouse Bait and Tackle. In nearby Durant there’s a Walmart, Lowes, and additional dining and retail.

Perfect place for family/friends get togethers or just a romantic getaway. It’s a peaceful quiet neighborhood with limited traffic.
