Designed with large groups in mind, this 3,300 sq. ft. home features 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, making it the perfect destination for families, church retreats, or business getaways.

Located just two blocks from the lake, you can spend your days swimming, boating, wakeboarding, or fishing — and your evenings relaxing by the outdoor firepit or enjoying a friendly competition in the game room.

Gather for home-cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with warm cedar cabinetry and a convenient coffee and beverage bar. With thoughtful amenities and plenty of space to spread out, Beach Landing ensures everyone can enjoy both connection and comfort.

The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. This was a guys fishing trip for my husband's 50th birthday and this was the perfect place for them. The house had everything like a grill and game room. Plenty of space and was very clean. Near everything they needed. Host were great messaged to check on everything and answered right away when I messaged them.

The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s beautiful and roomy. The lake is a 5 min walk and the shore is covered in beautiful beach like sand. The amenities in the house are enough to get you to stay in. My family and I had a great time and will definitely book next fall break for the kids.

Holiday vacation

This place was perfect for us! I have a large family and we needed a place that could hold us all and still offer space for the kids to play. The proximity to the beach made for multiple walks in the morning and at night. The game room was awesome too!

Good getaway property

Lovely home, very spacious and clean. Beautiful yard, plenty of room for children to play outside. Within walking distance of the lake. Host Sarah, responded quickly to questions I had. Very nice person. Kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans. We all had a great Easter weekend. Will definitely stay there again.

End of summer getaway

My husband and I, our children and grandchildren all enjoyed the house and yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Game room was a nice plus. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with trees to sit under if you don’t want the sun. I would recommend this property to everyone.
