Luxury Lake House w/2 story dock, boat lift, & private heated pool!

Turner Lakehouse is a luxury lake home built with state of the art features & pure luxury amenities throughout! The Master bedroom is located on the main level & includes a King Size bed with garden tub & walk in shower with dual shower heads. The other bedrooms are located upstairs along with the spacious game room that overlooks the lake. There are two bedrooms with Queen beds & en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The Bunk room which includes two built in bunk beds & can be separated from the game room with barn door. The bunk beds are twin over fulls & includes Jack & Jill bathroom that leads to the main hallway to be shared with guests up in the game room. This bathroom has dual sinks & a shower/tub combination. Inside the game room you will have incredible views of the private pool below, two story dock & the lake! There is an arcade gaming system, convertible work desk, & large Smart TV incorporated with YouTube TV streaming service. The game room also has board games so gather round on the large oversized sofa & challenge your friends to a game! There is also a queen size murphy bed in this room for extra sleeping space if needed. Head back down stairs where you will find a coffee & wine bar with built in ice maker, wine fridge & the Keurig coffee maker. There is a separate office space near by in case you need to catch up on some work while staying at the lake! Love to bake? This state of the art kitchen has everything you need to bake up delicious treats during your vacation or create wonderful meals for your family! The large patio with built in gas log burning fireplace is perfect place to cozy up on those chilly nights. Or during the warmer months head down & soak up the sun around the private pool. Or take a short walk down to the dock and jump on the boat or take a dip in the lake! This home has everything you need to have a luxury lake vacation!

*Pool can be heated for an additional cost. The initial pool heating start up is $150 and then $75 per day there after. Pool temperature will vary depending on outside winter temperature. The ideal goal is 88 to 90 degrees*

I’ve never written a rental review before, but this one was exceptional! Not only is this home/property awesome, the owners were super helpful. The boat lift had an issue in the morning; I advised the owners right away and they had it fixed the same day. Nicest rental I’ve been to on LBJ.

Wonderful home

This lake front home is absolutely perfect. The owners are very responsive to e mails leading up to our stay and also while on site. The home is exactly as described
 clean, spacious and comfortable. The grandkids loved the bunk room. The other beds are quite comfortable. I have to say the Ice Machine was an absolute bonus in the bar area We never ran out of ice. This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in a lot). Everything was so comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked perfectly and the house overall really couldn’t be beat. Ample glasses, varieties of dishes, you name it. The beds were very comfortable with just the right amount of bedding. Blankets in the living room, fun stuff for kids in the gameroom, life jackets and toys for pool and lake life were a nice touch. The location was amazing. We enjoyed the gorgeous home, pool, lake, view, and the outdoor space in general. It’s clear that this home is rented by the owner and that it’s a place they spend time in themselves because of the attention to detail. Highly recommend and could see us renting this again. A great weekend!

Farmhouse Luxury on the Lake

This is a beautiful, newer home built in the style of modern farmhouse. It's exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need while there. The pool is a small plunge pool but we found it wonderful for after-lake relaxing. The water (lake access) can't be better. It wasn't terribly busy and was perfect for wake surfing/skiing. While the kids enjoyed playing on the lillypad off the boat dock we all sat under gorgeous trees with wonderful shade watching them play. It really is a special family retreat.

GORGEOUS✹ Lake house

This home was so stunning and spotless! Our family couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the entire home was and scenery out to the lake. The kiddos had a blast in the pool and lake. The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. Wished we could of stay here one more night. We had an excellent stay! I highly recommend this jewel!

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic get away! The house was beautiful (especially the outdoor space) and perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the chef’s kitchen. Highly recommend staying at Turner house! We plan to stay again.
