Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Only dogs are permitted. Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Amazing house. Had a bachelor party of 14 and still had beds left over. Location was great. You can walk to a Twice the ice machine, small liquor store or Dollar General in a few minutes (there is an ice machine in the kitchen). Legends golf course is right down the road. Basketball/Pickleball court, lake water slide and swing were game changers. Guys kept saying how awesome the house was. Only small gripes were the patio gas grill needs a deep clean. As soon I we started cooking it started flaming like crazy. Also, the pool was really dirty at check-in, the robot had flipped, spilled out and wasn’t working. Called them at 4:57pm but they couldn’t get anyone out to fix until 10am the next morning. Turns out pool/hot tub hadn’t been cleaned either, which took about an hour after that. Luckily we were able to use the lake the first day. Other than that, beautiful house.

We stayed here for the high school state golf tournament at the legends course it was extremely convenient for our families being so close to the course I just wish we could’ve spent more time at the house to enjoy everything this property had to offer but we will definitely be back to do so, great stay

Everything was beautiful. so many activities right there on the property. Our family loved it all. I was surprised that a “fully stocked” kitchen did not have aluminum foil or any type of plastic wrap though and no Kleenex or tissue in bathrooms. But otherwise, fabulous experience.

Wonderful Thanksgiving for family

The property and grounds and waterfront are beautiful. The interior of the home is spacious and comfortable. When we had an issue with the hot tub heater, the owner sent a repairman within 40 minutes, even on a Holiday! We were impressed. It is a great place to stay

We had the best relaxing friends vacation!! Place is beautiful and fully stock with everything you need. Kayaks on the lake were so much fun and Pickleball court was an added bonus, just wish is was size regulated for our guys who play everyday! We will be back for sure!
