Please note: this property only accommodates weekly bookings starting on a Friday; from 30th August 2025 the check-in day will change to Saturday. This reverse-level home has a first-floor, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite, a double, a twin, and a family room, and a ground-floor shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, four Smart TVs and a full-sized pool table. Outside there is a decked area with furniture and hot tub, a raised decked area with furniture, a sun terrace with furniture and a three-hole putting green, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and two stairgates. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.9 miles. Head to South Devon at 12 Beachdown. Note: There are steps in the garden; please take care. Note: Guests have access to the neighbouring holiday park and its facilities. Note: Outdoor shower for guest use after beach. Note: Private parking access via electric gates, code required to enter provided before arrival.

Challaborough is a small village within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just one mile from the secluded beach and stunning cliffs of Bigbury Bay. Home to a well-stocked convenience store and a friendly local pub/restaurant, this village has all the essentials for a scenic escape to the South Devon Coast. The neighbouring towns and villages of Hope Cove and Salcombe are filled with soft, sandy beaches, breath-taking vistas and enchanting local landmarks that tell of the rich local history. Be sure to explore attractions such as Warren Point, Wembury, the Woodlands Family Theme Park and Dartmoor Zoo, or visit the South Huish Wetlands Reserve and Western Beacon, before taking a tour of the landscapes with a relaxing journey on the 19th century steam train of the South Devon Railway. No trip to Devon is complete without an awe-inspiring hike along the imposing clifftops that line the South West Coast Path, home to a number of idyllic coves and beautiful backdrops, making this a picture-perfect backdrop for any type of self-catering stay.
