Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio heater, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully presented: a bright and airy king-size bedroom, alongside a twin room with 2.6ft single beds that can be zipped together to form a king-size bed on request.
Outside, the south-facing garden is a true highlight, offering a private space to enjoy the Norfolk sunshine, complete with comfortable seating and patio heaters for cooler evenings, with a scent of fresh garden herbs in the air. Dogs are welcome too, with the cottage being genuinely dog-friendly with an enclosed secure garden.
The cottage is perfectly located. Only a short bus ride or car ride into Sandringham where you can visit the royal estate or go into Kings Lynn a historic Hanseatic town.
Beyond the village, the stunning North Norfolk coastline is easily accessible by bike, car or by the nearby bus offering expansive sandy beaches, dramatic skies, and unforgettable sunsets. Snettisham itself is well known for its natural beauty, including the RSPB nature reserve, where you can witness spectacular wildlife and seasonal bird migrations. Nearby Wild Ken Hill is a regular feature on the TV programme Autumn Watch and Spring Watch. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling, with scenic routes that take in rolling countryside, salt marshes, and coastal paths.
