The Space
Welcome to Holly House – a tastefully decorated holiday home for 8 people. Pampered pooches are so welcome too.

Recently renovated and thoughtfully curated, this is a spacious home to relax and enjoy a holiday in comfort and style.

Amenities and mod cons are taken care of: In the large sitting room you can enjoy a cinematic experience with a 55’ Ultra HD OLED TV, while the kids can enjoy the TV Den.

The kitchen is superbly equipped with an American Fridge/Freezer. Add to that an Air Fryer, large Microwave and a Nespresso Machine.

We love comfortable welcoming spaces, a home away from home, with pleasing interiors, so each bedroom has wow factor.

The main bedroom is furnished with a Super King size bed, and a chaise longue in true boudoir elegance, has its own walk in wardrobe room and ensuite bathroom, in a French Cote d’Azure style.

The second bedroom is also roomy, furnished with a King Size bed with ample built in cupboard space, hand painted bedside tables, commissioned from a local artist.

The third bedroom (at the back) is a peaceful oasis with its own partial ensuite and another hand painted bedside table, commissioned from the same artist.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds and is laid out for children with the cutest beach cabin wardrobe and lighthouse lamps.

The Kitchen is a huge area adjoining the dining room and TV Den, making for a lovely space for family gatherings.

With a large garden to the rear of the house, a garden shed for storing bikes and other sports gear, we hope there is nothing a family will miss on this holiday.

We have tried to anticipate your every need, the kitchen cupboards are fully stocked with salt, pepper, vinegar, ketchup, brown sauce, herbs & spices, and all manner of emergency supplies. We also supply Tea bags, instant coffee, sugar as well as Nespresso pods.

Every guest receives a bath towel. There is one hair towel per guest room, as well as hand towels in every bathroom

There is an additional fridge and freezer in the Garden shed

We accept up to 2 small dogs and for the pampered pooch, we supply 1 dog bed. There are also water and feeding bowls in the kitchen. The garden is canine friendly with protective mesh around the garden gate for the smallest pup.

We have 4 deck chairs for use in the garden, as well as a Garden sofa with a canopy, and a dining table with reclining chairs for 8.

Neighborhood
Holly House is ideally situated to enjoy North Norfolk. Heacham is a thriving coastal village with two great beaches, North and South Beach with stunning world class sunsets all year round. The flat sands and calm waters are a magnet for fans of kite flying, kite surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing and other outdoor pursuits and with a wide bay of nearly 20 miles. With plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants in the area, Heacham is home to Norfolk Lavender famous for having a great farm shop with local produce. A 15 minute drive along the coast, you will find Hunstanton Beach and Old Hunstanton where the eye-catching cliffs are a great spot for fossil hunting and rock pooling. Golfers will love Heacham Manor Golf Course. The RSPB reserves at Snettisham, Titchwell and Holme-next-the-Sea are close by and attract bird watchers year-round particularly in the autumn & winter months when many birds migrate to this part of Norfolk. Known as the Royal coast, visit the Royal Estate at Sandringham. Brancaster Beach – a surfers paradise and Wells-next-the-Sea are not too far away and are well worth a visit
