Our modern Lake Tahoe cabin (recently featured in Conde Nast Traveler), is a piece of paradise for families or groups of up to 6 . Enjoy panoramic golf course views, a cozy fireplace, and a stylish interior. We're just a short stroll from the beach and a quick drive to Northstar. Perfect for relaxing and exploring, this charming retreat blends rustic style with modern luxury for an unforgettable getaway.


We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up. Our team is available 8am - 9pm PT.

Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of King's Beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to North Tahoe Beach, Old Brockaway Golf Course, grocery stores, & amazing restaurants! For the winter getaways, we are a 10 minute drive from Northstar Ski Resort.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all our thoughtfully provided amenities designed to make your Tahoe trip stress-free.

This includes:
- The entire interior of the cabin.
- A cozy front yard area with Adirondack chairs.
- A back deck overlooking the golf course.

Our charming and stylish cabin blends rustic elements with modern amenities, creating the perfect getaway for families or a foursome. The interior features an incredibly pleasing floor plan with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and warm wood elements throughout. The living room is centered around a cozy fireplace, with large windows overlooking the snowy landscape—perfect for watching the snow fall with a warm cup of coffee.

- A fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, spices, a Keurig coffee maker, and a blender.
- Beach Essentials: Our guests have access to 3 SUPs (2 adult and one child size and 3 life jackets), beach towels, a rolling beach cart, a beach tote, a cooler and beach toys.
- Parking: We have a long and flat driveway perfect for your whole group! Our driveway comfortably fits 3 cars.
- Central Location: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the 3rd Fairway on Old Brockway Golf Course. Walk to Lake, Grocery stores, Kings Beach shops and restaurants and only 9 min to Northstar!

Our home is located off of N Shore Blvd, off of the main road of N Lake Blvd - which stretches throughout Lake Tahoe.

To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Loft Access: The loft area is accessed via a ladder that is secured to the wall. It is best suited for older children or adults who are comfortable climbing.
- Winter Conditions: The back deck and outdoor furniture may be covered in snow and inaccessible during the winter months (approximately October
May).
- Mountain Living: Power and Wi-Fi outages can occasionally occur due to weather. We have a professional snow removal service, but a shovel and ice melt are provided on the front porch for your use between services. Please use ice melt sparingly.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
- Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full list of the local STR Rules.
- Emergency Power Outage Kit: Located in the kitchen drawer, this kit includes essential supplies to ensure your safety and comfort during power outages.

Pet fee of $50 must be paid prior to arrival. Please be aware that our pet fee is specifically for cleaning purposes.
