The Space:

The Brockway Tower, our seven stories high-rise, has expansive views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains. This three bedroom unit is lakefront, with an adjoining deck with electric BBQ to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.



We are located the north shore of Lake Tahoe in a wonderful area that offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening gazing at the view. On-site, our Recreation Area has two tennis courts, a year round heated outdoor swimming pool**, fishing and boating pier, a Lakeview clubhouse, coed sauna (bathing suits required) and a fitness room. Ground floor laundry facilities available for a minimal charge. Your vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week or month away from it all.



** Swimming pool closed twice a year for maintenance.



Guest Access:

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.

Getting Around:

We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!

There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.



Other Things to Note:

There is a three vehicle limit for this unit.



Interaction with Guests:

Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
