Set in a quiet residential area of Kings Beach, this home provides a peaceful mountain setting with easy access to year-round activities. In summer, explore Lake Tahoe’s beaches, rent paddleboards, or hike scenic trails like Stateline Lookout. Winter visitors are just a short drive from world-class skiing at Northstar or Diamond Peak, plus tubing and snowshoeing in the local regional park.



You’ll also find great local restaurants, cafes, and shops within minutes, along with grocery options and lakefront dining in nearby Tahoe Vista or Tahoe City.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for accessing local attractions. Guests can park on-site (garage + driveway), and Kings Beach shops and shoreline are just a quick 4-minute drive. Note that public transportation options are limited in the immediate area.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
