The bedroom features a king bed, while the cozy living area offers two sleeper sofas, a gas fireplace, and stunning mountain views. Unwind on the private deck with a hot tub (fee applies mid-March to mid-December) or enjoy the cedar sauna.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze with modern appliances, and the deck's BBQ grill is perfect for outdoor dining. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, stream your favorites on the smart TV, and keep gear fresh with the in-unit washer/dryer.

‱ Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
‱ Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
‱ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
‱ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
‱ Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
‱ Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
‱ Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
‱ Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
‱ Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
‱ Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
‱ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
‱ Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
‱ Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
‱ Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog.
‱ Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
‱ Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.

Never complain- travel often. This was a real disappointment. BRUTAL

Sauna kept on powering off, maintainence came to reset it once- told us it malfunctions and showed me how to do so for future reference. I am traveling with family- Amenities should work properly. Back deck leading out to hot tub had at least 3" of solid ice on it. Even after facilities guy would just pop up on back deck from climbing over the rail to shovel. We were all hanging out in long underwear and guy just appears in the window. It was sunny bluebird outside. So much ice had formed the screen door leading out was jammed open our entire stay. Beatles crawling on inside of window jam behind sink. Its Feb!!!! Also had to call maintaince bc u trap under kitchen was leaking out under cabinet. When he came said it was duct taped up and he had to order parts. Lastly brought steaks up for dinner. Lit grill to cook. And it ran out of propane within 5 minutes. Felt tortured at every turn...just gave in it and tried to enjoy my family and location. Would be a zero star review if the skiing wasnt good because that helped distract us.

Great place great location

I stayed in the lower unit and I had 2 kids under the age of 11 with me. Easy access to Great Eastern trail and the kids really liked going in the hot tub. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

The best place to stay in killington

This is the place to go for killington trips. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The condo is a perfect spot to walk on and ski down to the gondola. It is very clean and very nice place to stay. This is the only place I will stay now when going to killington

Great Ski On / Ski Off Stay

Great place to stay for a Killington ski trip. Walk from your lodge to the slope in 1 min. Tons of amenities including full kitchen, fully stocked basic supplies, 2 TVs, hot tub. Sleeping options are great, 2 couch beds and a king size bed with a single bunk bed. Perfect for 3 people, could fit more but one bathroom might be a constraining factor.

This place is pure happiness

Everything was cozy, very clean and everything you’d need for a crisp fall get away. Highly recommend this place to any couple and an added bonus of bringing your family dog! We had so much fun hiking and leaf peeping then warming up in the sauna and hottub. I wish there was instructions for the sauna/fireplace but we figured it out really fast. Enjoy this sweet gem.
