‱ Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
‱ Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
‱ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
‱ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
‱ Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
‱ Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
‱ Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
‱ Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
‱ Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
‱ Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
‱ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
‱ Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
‱ Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
‱ Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog.
‱ Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
‱ Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.

Beautiful property - Perfect location

Our group had a wonderful stay. The ski out location is great and worked well even for our beginning skiers. The amenities were as described and the views are amazing. The property owner was extremely responsive when a minor issue arose. We highly recommend!

Great stay at Luxury Apartment

Great spot for a family (or 2) at Killington. Perfectly appointed vacation rental with large kitchen and very comfortable living room. 3 very comfortable bedrooms were very much appreciated after long days of skiing. And the hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. Ski in/out was perfect, with residence adjacent to the trail. We would ski back to the residence to eat lunch daily. In short, super nice, super clean, perfect location. We’ll be back next year.

Great Location. Beautiful Spot.

This property was in a beautiful private location adjacent to the Great Eastern trail. The apartment was lovely and clean, exactly as described, and great for our group of five. There was plenty of space to spread out, which turned out to be important because we had to hang out for a day when Killington essentially closed due to frigid -15F temperatures. The hot tub on the back deck was amazing when we finally could go out. Parking could have been tight, but the attached estate was unoccupied the weekend we were there, so no problem. With a big group, renting both the estate and the apartment would definitely be the play. Recommended.

Great location

Condo was really nice- great area. The space is gorgeous and has a wonderful view. Conveniently located adjacent to a trail, our group had so much fun skiing. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each had its own tv. As a note, the walls are very thin. Ran into a few issues during the stay but the property manager was incredibly responsive and remedied quickly - he gets 5 stars. Owners have not done the best job at keeping utilities up to date; the two undercounted fridges advertised do not work, oven temp was inconsistent and bathroom shorted a fuse when the provided hair dryer was used. Would advise bringing kitchen tools if you plan to make meals. Definitely been a rental for a bit but nonetheless a great place to rent if you’re not making dinner every night.

Cozy Ski Stay

We had a great 5 day stay this past March at the Apartment at Slopeside. It was comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a family of 4. We ended every ski day soaking in the private hot tub and management was responsive when we needed them. Three things that would've made our stay perfect: 1) A dining table that fit at least 4 people. (Eating in a row at the counter was tight and awkward.) 2) Better access to the ski trail. The property is amazingly located right off the Great Eastern, but from the apartment, there is no easy way down, We had to climb up and down over boulders wearing ski boots and carrying skis. Please build stairs! (I think the main house has much easier access to the ski trail.) 3) Ski/boot storage. The small entry hall in the apartment was the only option and not ideal. (We were dreaming of a storage locker down by the ski trail!) Otherwise, love the property!

Great weekend getaway

Our stay at the Slopeside apartment was perfect for a quick getaway. The unit was new, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Killington for hiking the trails.
