The master suite is a private oasis featuring a king-size bed, wood-burning fireplace, and a covered walkout deck. Its spa-like en suite bathroom includes a steam shower, jetted tub, heated towel bars, and a Toto NeoRest toilet. The junior suite offers a king bed and queen bed, along with an en suite bathroom complete with a steam shower and sauna.

‱ This listing is for the main house. There is a second private apartment above the garage that may be rented to other guests. The two units do not share any common interior space, and each has its own separate hot tub. You may book both units together through our other listing.
‱ Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
‱ Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
‱ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
‱ Hot Tub: You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
‱ Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
‱ Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
‱ Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
‱ Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
‱ Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
‱ Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
‱ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
‱ Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
‱ Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
‱ Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog.
‱ Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
‱ Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.

This House never Dissapoints! I should write a bad review just so I can open more weeks for my family!!!!! HAHA Best rental on Killington! And the folks who run this rental are top notch and by far the easiest to get a hold of. Be back soon!

So comfortable and well appointed

Slopeside Estates is a beautiful and spacious home for large groups. The amenities continued to surprise us and basic supplies-coffee filters, paper towels, oils and spices etc.-were available and quite welcome. We had plenty of snow and could utilize the ski in ski out
.there’s a very short hike up to the amazing ski locker room when you are finished skiing. Property Manager was extremely responsive.

Excellent for large families or groups of friends

This was our second stay at Slopeside and we hope to return again next year. With a large family, having 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 6 full-baths plus a powder room is ideal -- not to mention the generous ski room. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of storage in the kitchen and 2 bonus floor heaters for quick heat in the morning. There were a few issues with the washer but they were quickly addressed and settled.

Perfect Weekend

This home has it all!!!! It is the perfect balance between fun and Relax. It has everything you need and more. The Bedrooms are huge and the Kitchen is amazing. The wood burning FP makes the livingroom kick back time awesome! We will be going back again!

Beautiful ski home!

We had a wonderful stay. We came with our teenagers and some friends and had a perfect ski weekend. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. There was lots for the kids to do, a great kitchen, and plenty of nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The location and proximity to the ski slopes was perfect. Thank you for a great weekend, we hope to return!
