This is a place for year-round activity, whether you're skiing, golfing, or taking advantage of wonderful community amenities mere steps from your door.

This condo sits just over half a mile from Snowshed Lodge at the base of Killington, with the Trail Creek Ski Home Trail leading from the mountain slopes back to the complex at the end of the day. Come warmer weather, you'll be within sight of the Killington Golf Course a quarter-mile up the road. The Trail Creek Clubhouse is less than 200 feet from your door, offering an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a game room with billiards and arcade games. There's so much to explore beyond Killington as well, from the Thundering Brook Falls Trail (six miles) to Okemo Mountain Resort (25 miles).

After a day spent in the great outdoors, come home to toss a log on the fireplace, snuggle up on the leather sofas, and watch a favorite movie on cable or DVD. (Please be aware that the fireplace is for ambience, not warmth.) Prepare a hearty dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat around the dining room table, and bring your cocoa or coffee outside to the patio afterwards.

The bedroom has a TV of its own to lull you to sleep each evening. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
