Large 3BR/3BA Fall Line Condo w/ Mountain Views, Pool, Hot Tub on Shuttle Route E6

Our three bedroom, three bathroom Fall Line condo in Killington, Vermont is located close to the slopes and the perfect place for your vacation no matter the season. Spread out on two floors, you'll have amazing mountain views, a wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided), comfy living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. You'll sleep up to eight people in two queen beds, two twin beds and a pull out sofa. The community center at the center of the complex offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small fitness area. An EV charger is also available onsite at the community center. Come see why Fall Line is one of the best locations in Killington!

‱ We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
‱ We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
‱ Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
‱ Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
‱ Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
‱ Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
‱ You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
‱ The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
‱ The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
‱ Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
‱ We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
‱ Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.

Hi! Our Host was amazing &,speedy w/responses - we so APPRECIATED! Overall visit for our family vaca was "good". I must add that for the , as expensive, the property was "CLEAN" yet needed MANY updates....A few minor hiccups that were not expected and should not have been the case again with the we spent. Microwave handle was broken, their were mouse droppings under the sink, broken tile in front of the fireplace and the dishwasher didn't work unless you had to adjust the breaker. Now if my husband wasn't with us, I would not have know how to fix this. It was nice to have a tree up for the holiday and the shuttle was conveinent. I was rather dissapointed with decor, size of TV was very dissapointing along with size of living room as very small compared to what picture looked like.. There is plenty of room for KING size beds in the bedrooms why not upgrade?. The 1st floor bedroom should also have one full size beds vs 2 twins. As already mentioned, very dated with decor - yet clean but for the would have expected a more up to date condo vs a dated one. Sure couch appeared to be new yet again could have been bigger to accomondate more on a couch vs having to sit at the kitchen table to watch TV Football game. I hoped this above information is taken in and shared with owners. Pictures on the wall of family with no helmets - indicates how OLD the decor is. We have a few rentals on Cape Cod and update accordingly to the rental pricing. THANKS

Family stay

While the property is very nice - clean and comfortable - great location - the two single beds in the first floor bedroom can not be described as twin - they are kids beds Any one older than -12 will not be comfortable! Our adult son was hanging off the bed Also be aware - Unit up three flights of outdoor stairs and one set of indoor stairs. I would recommend as long as you know.

Summary of our stay in Unit E6

The condo was very comfortable and the amenities were useful. The hot tub and pool in the community center was not well heated in the afternoon after skiing so we would have liked that to be ready by that time. I did not see any dishwasher gel or pods in kitchen so we were not able to run the dishwasher for the few items we put in upon our checkout.Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Thank you.

Perfect week

Killington is a cute little town that was interesting to explore while the kids skied. The condo was clean and orderly and close to the mountain. My teens skied home once or twice on good powder days. Bring your own spices for light cooking. There was plenty of wood available on site for us to get cozy but the condo was toasty with great views.

Lovely stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and full of light. We were 2 families who get together each yr before Christmas to ski visit. This place worked like a charm. We appreciated the extra folding chairs in the closet. Also the close proximity to the spa. Note many exterior steps to get up to condo with bags upon arrival, but it was worth it.

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was conveniently located, close to the slopes and the restaurants. The condo was well decorated . The bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked. Ski weekend bliss

Perfect amenities in this clean, well located condo. Everyone had their own space and the shuttle to the mountain was running non-stop. A few of our group were adventurous enough to take the trail from killington all the way back to the condos. Had a great family weekend and room in the dining area for all of us to have a family dinner.
