This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom standalone home sleeps up to 8 guests and is the perfect base for family vacations or group getaways. Nestled in a wooded setting just a short walk from Kent Pond, it combines rustic Vermont character with modern comforts for every season.

🏠 The Space
Designed with groups in mind, this three-level home offers multiple living areas so everyone can relax comfortably. The main level Living Room features soaring post-and-beam ceilings, a spectacular fieldstone wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), and plenty of seating. The dining area centers around a handcrafted live-edge table, perfect for gathering over meals. The second floor includes three guest bedrooms, a shared full bath, and a family room with its own TV. The entire third floor is a private primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, and a cozy sitting area overlooking the trees and Kent Pond.

🛶 Location & Activities
A private path just 300 feet from the home leads to Kent Pond. Launch a kayak or paddle board, fish for trout, or relax by the water and watch for loons and beavers. Paddle across the pond to find a hidden waterfall and swimming hole along the Appalachian Trail. In winter, you are minutes from Killington Resort and Pico Mountain (AWD/4WD recommended in snowy conditions). Hiking, biking, golf, and local dining are all nearby.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all living spaces and outdoor areas. Contactless check-in and check-out are provided for a seamless stay. All guests are required to sign an amenity waiver before arrival.

• Hot tub use is included from late December to mid-March. A $195 setup fee applies for other dates.
• Guests booking through Vrbo receive exclusive discounts on ski and snowboard rentals.
• Minimum rental age is 25.
• Contactless check-in and checkout with smart locks.
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee if the schedule allows.
• A signed rental agreement and amenity waiver is required after booking.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
