- Rental Agreement will need to be signed after booking. A email will be sent for this with a digital way to e-sign.

- Quite Hours are between 9pm and 9am - please no excessive noise or music during these times

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in refrigerators and freezers.
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests.
