Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.

The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a king bed. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room (queen-sized). The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views!

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Took our two pups- we normally stay in kitty hawk at the Hilton - but this time we wanted to try something new and im so glad we did. This location is soooo good and the owners are wonderful. We will absolutely book with them again.

Wonderful spacious condo on the beach

We loved our vacation in OBX. It was our first time in OBX and it won't be our last. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, two adult children, and our dog. Specifically, we absolutely loved staying in at this condo unit. It was top notch. The pictures don't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds/mattresses were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. Dishes, glassware, cookware, cutlery all plentiful. All of the appliances worked properly. I especially like sitting out on the deck in the lounge chair and eating at the high-top table. First Flight is such a beautiful complex. It offered so many amenities including the pool, large grass area, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, gym, and game room. Parking was never a problem. Honestly, the unit and complex are a 10/10. If I could give 20/10, I would. First in Flight was close to many good restaurants and stores yet not in a congested area. Many towns in OBX are a distance from restaurants and stores. I highly recommend staying at this unit in Kill Devil Hills. Very dog friendly. Big grassy area and a boardwalk that leads to the beach!

Great Stay!

Great stay at the property - well stocked for the kitchen and clean and large space! The location is amazing as well with a pool and the beach steps away! The only thing of note is that there are a few houses next door off the patio with 20ish people staying in each and it got pretty loud in the evening/not quite as private but no issues with noise once inside/sleeping - just for awareness.

We had a great time ! It was so nice being about to walk outside directly on the beach. The guys enjoyed the game room. The owners had great communication with us before, during and after our visit. We would definitely rent this condo again !

2nd Visit to Ocean Haven

This was our second visit to Ocean Haven. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again! This is truly a spectacular property. It's clean. It's spacious. It's dog-friendly. The owners are super accessible and responsive. The community has everything you need, from the pool to the gym. It just makes the whole experience so easy. We'll be back again! Highly recommend!!!

Great condo in the heart of KDH with restaurants and shops in short walking distance and the beach at your door step. Quiet, well-maintained community. Despite the tropical storm we had a fantastic week at the beach!

Good location. Easy access to beach. Condo amenities nice. Patio oriented so it is cool in the morning to enjoy coffee outside. Host and staff very responsive. Only issues were some things not clean. initial supplies not provided although host responded quickly. Tub in second bath did not drain. Although advertised for 6 people definitely more suited to max of 4.

Wonderful Condo Ocean Front in the Outer Banks

My wife, son (age 13) enjoyed our stay in our first visit to the outerbanks. We are lifetime North Carolinians and finally made it the Outer Banks. We had a great time. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home is well appointed. Parking is very easy in the garage with elevator access to the main floors. I've already recommended this home to my sister and a work colleague. The owner was very responsive. We had no issues, but he followed up with us during our stay and after our stay to ensure we were all set. The communication upon booking was top notch as well. We will stay here again on our next visit. Only regret is we hadn't visited the OBX earlier. We will be repeat guests and are grateful to have had the experience to share with our family. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

My daughter and I made our first trip to OBX and had a wonderful experience. The property was extremely convenient to the area, was very clean and well-furnished and the management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. Oceanfront Oasis

This complex is AMAZING! Pool, Gym, Game Room and much more! Condo is right in the middle of everything. Ocean Haven itself was spotless when we arrived. Clean and fresh. It was spacious. We had everything we needed from towels to linens along with preparing our meals! Communication with Joe and Aaron was a breeze. Our family really enjoyed our time here! We've already re-booked!

New Years Getaway!

Our time spent at Ocean Haven was much needed. Our family had everything we needed during our stay— the kitchen and condo itself was well stocked. It had everything we needed for family meals! We also got to bring our family dog with us— kids loved this! There also a ton of parking at the property. We loved that there were multiple elevators, a game room along with a gym! All unexpected but throughly enjoyed by our family. There is also a pool outside as well. Communication with Joe and his team was flawless. The condo was clean. The views were spectacular and the beach access was private as well! We’ve already booked our next stay!
