The Space:
Sweet & Salty is a two-bedroom condo equipped with a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen and twin bed, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, a dedicated workspace and desk, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and much more!

The master bedroom is a tranquil haven, featuring a cozy queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The secondary bedroom is equally inviting, boasting a queen-size bed and an additional twin bed, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements.

Enjoyabl stay at Sweet & Salty

Visited Kill Devil Hills during Memorial Day weekend and had a relaxing stay at Sweet & Salty. Condo was well furnished, and more than adequate for our group of 4. There was a minor issue with the elevator not being able to call from the 2nd or 3rd floor but our host was very communicative and explained a work around. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful Time and beautiful memories made

We booked this property on short notice and it couldn't have been more perfect! Centrally located to shopping and entertainment. We loved being so close to the beach. The condo itself was equipped with games and a beautiful kitchen. I would give this place a 100 out of 10! We are looking at returning next year and will be booking this property again.

Clean and comfy condo!

This property was perfect for our stay in the Outer Banks. We'd planned for 4 nights but liked it so much that we added a 5th. This adorable condo has 2 BRs and 2 BAs. The BRs are on opposite ends of the condo which is perfect. Between them is a wonderfully open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The impression is of a comfy hang out and lounging space. And it's bright. Even on a cloudy day, this corner unit gets great light. There is a sliding glass door from living room to private deck/porch and we took advantage of relaxing there and enjoying the breeze. Bed was comfy and we slept like logs. Kitchen is stocked with everything one might need, down to the little touches of sponge and dish soap. Beach is right across the street. Building was quiet. Parking super easy. We were very happy with the condo and used the convenient location to check out lots of restaurants and most of the other towns around Kill Devil Hills. Coming back at the end of the day was almost like being at home. And James was quite responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a five star rental in every way. We had great communication with the owner who was very responsive to all messages. The condo was bright and cheery with a nice beachy vibe and obviously very well cared for. It was immaculately clean with a very nice open floor plan. Nice sized kitchen fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare a nice dinner. Very nice appliances. Large L-shaped balcony with lots of seating. Great central location in OBX. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Steps from the beach. We plan on returning on next year!

Sweet&Salty

Sweet and Salty was a cozy, well-kept 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor, accessible be an elevator. It was stocked with the basic toiletries and necessities one needs to needs for comfort. It’s in a great location—close to everything but still private. Walking distance to a great ice cream spot and several eating establishments. We enjoyed our week and hope to come back!

The unit was better than expected with attention to detail and high quality furnishings. Two minor observations: carpet in the elevator needs replacing and windows would benefit from a spring cleaning. Otherwise all else is first class.

Extremely clean and welcoming!

The condo and host James were absolutely incredible!!! The location was extremely convenient, and beach right across the street but no beach views buts that was ok with me. Giant balcony and a awesome little ice cream shop next door! The kitchen had all the items we needed to make breakfast and lunch. I’m a bit of a neat freak and don’t go barefoot in hotels or rentals and this place was spotless! It was so inviting and above and beyond. We had a issue with the TV when we got there and I texted James and he got with me right away and we got it figured out. If this place was for sale I would probably buy it I liked it so much. Only con I have to say is there is no pool at these condos and the ocean was red flag warnings so we weren’t allowed in the water.

Very Nice Condo

This condo is gorgeous, exactly like the listing. Beautiful front deck overlooking the beach road, kitchen had everything we needed, loved that soap, shampoo, etc. were provided. Great location, easy parking. Hosts were very responsive. We had a little trouble with the Nest thermostat because we were unfamiliar, but a quick Google search fixed that. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect weekend getaway

Sweet & Salty was the perfect find for a long weekend getaway! The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It was just my partner and I, but we could have had 4-6 people comfortably in this space. Anything that you could possibly need in a kitchen was provided-all of the cooking tools, pots, pans, dish & glassware, small appliances. We cooked several times and always found what we needed. The living room is cozy and was perfect for lounging and snacking on football Sunday. There are two full bathrooms which were very clean. We slept so well in the master suite - the dark curtains, ceiling fan, extra fans (we love fans at night!) and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. I don't always sleep very well away from home, but I had great sleep and a few good naps here. It was great having a washer/dryer - I came home with all clean clothes! The outdoor deck is a great space to relax and enjoy the breeze. The public beach access directly across the street made our trips to the beautiful beach very convenient. The location was ideal-literally in walking distance to 7-11, CVS, and so many local restaurants. A few of our favorites were Captain George's, Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint, Stack 'em High Pancakes, and Holy Cow Creamery (literal steps away from the condo!). We were so sad to leave this morning...it was a pefect getaway!

Just right!

We loved the overall openness and the set up of the bedrooms. The outdoor porch was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out in the evenings. The elevator was a big plus! It is centrally located to so many restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Great Stay at the Sweet & Salty!

Highly recommend! Everything was exactly as presented in online photos and descriptions. Super responsive host. Great central location...we travelled easily from Corolla to Ocracoke and everything in between without long car rides. Very close to great casual restaurants and so close to 2 public beach access paths...maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean at the most! Would stay again.

Perfect location

This was a very clean and spacious condo! We’ve stayed at condos before in OBX and they’ve all ended up being too small for a family of 4. This was perfect size. Short walk to the beach and great all around food places within walking distances as well.

Great space and location

We stayed here for a family trip to OBX and it was great! Location is awesome, just across the street from the beach. There’s an amazing ice cream place next door called Holy Cow Creamery and it’s 5/5. The condo overall is extremely spacious, neighbors we had were all quiet. They provide EVERYTHING - linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, soaps. You just need your own beach stuff and laundry soap if you want to use the w/d. Just a couple min drive to Nags Head if you want to go there.
