Pool Heat ($750 weekly fee): Consistent air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is necessary to heat the pool. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

4 PM CHECK IN on Saturdays, this home does not allow early check-in due to extensive services that occur each change-over day.
Luxury Linen Package- This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 100 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 1 additional fee that is further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
